2018

In this year Monolithisch India Limited was incorporated at Purulia on land admeasuring 15,000 Sqms. The company had initially installed the plant and machineries with an annual production capacity of 72000 MT. This marked the beginning of our journey towards becoming a leader in the
refractory industry.

2021

As we grew in new geographical location, away from our hometown where controls was bit challenging in initial period we were now very much confident about the changes that we had put into the manufacturing processes. This was the year when we crossed the half way mark of our installed capacity in terms of production by achieving approx. 70 % of the capacity. We also had asked for several feedbacks about our product. Based on those our R&D team started working on enhanced and more
sustainable chemical components for our products. This was the year from where we were about to go ways ahead from our competitors.

2022

This was the year when we made a major market breakthrough with the introduction of SLM999, BG77 and SGB777 our flagship product to our product line. It set new standards in quality and performance, laying the foundation for future innovations.
The successful launch of new products drove capacity utilization to peak levels by achieving approx. 95% of our installed capacity. We expanded our premix ramming mass portfolio by introducing, reinforcing our leadership.

2023

After reaching to the full capacity and foreseeing the market demand of our product and parallel expansion of consumer of our products, strategic investment was done in more advanced plants and machineries and infrastructure by boosting our total capacity to 120,000 MTPA and achieving approx. 80% of the capacity in the first year of expansion itself and positioning us for future growth and enhanced operational efficiency.

2025
