Qualification – Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance )
Experience – 3 – 5 Years

~Skills and Capabilities

Strong expertise in accounting, financial management, and taxation. Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in accounting software, MIS reporting, and financial controls. Good communication and team management abilities.

~Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all sales and purchase accounting activities
  • Monitor and control debtors and creditors, ensuring timely collections and payments
  • Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow planning
  • Approve and supervise cash payments and bank payments
  • Ensure proper recording and control of expenses and other operational costs
  • Maintain accurate accounting of freight inward and outward
  • Review invoicing, billing, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, MIS, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits, and company policies
  • Coordinate with Sales and other departments for smooth financial operations
  • Lead and guide the Accounts team to maintain efficiency and accuracy

  • Coordinates with internal departments for smooth execution of sales and dispatch operations.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers for long-term business growth.
